6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own:

• Final deliverables and designs created for their project
• Content and copy written specifically for their business
• Custom code and functionality developed for their website

Coretech Software Solutions retains rights to:

• Portfolio usage of completed work
• Reusable code and design elements
• Case studies and testimonials

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

• Client business information and strategies
• Account credentials and access details
• Proprietary business processes
• Financial information and pricing

8. Limitation of Liability

Coretech Software Solutions shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Third-party actions or platform changes
• Delays caused by client inaction or external factors

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice:

• 30 days written notice for ongoing services
• Immediate termination for breach of terms
• Pro-rated refunds for prepaid services not yet delivered
• Transfer of deliverables upon final payment

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

• Parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation
• Mediation may be required before legal action
• Governing law: Indian law
• Jurisdiction: Courts in Mumbai, India

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of new terms.
